Live-In Placements


We understand that looking for a live-in caregiver can be a daunting task, as a lot of trust is required for one to step into this role! We want all of our families to be confident in their decision and rest assured that no stone has gone unturned throughout the recruitment and screening process! Our multi-step screening process is designed to only provide you with top notch candidates that take pride in their professionalism, trustworthiness, and most of all; their love for children! 

Our Process:


1. Registration

Upon registering for our services online, you will be invoiced a $500 non-refundable deposit that will be deducted from your total placement cost once we have found your perfect fit!

2. Consultation

During our initial call, our team will take the time to get to know what your exact needs are and gain a better understanding of the position that you are looking to fill. We will tailor your search to meet these specific needs and match your family to highly qualified caregivers.

3. Assessment

Following your consultation call, our placement coordinator will ask you to fill out a family assessment that contains a series of questions that will help us better understand what qualities are most important for you to have in a caregiver. It will also help us identify caregivers with similar core values to you and your family!

4. Interview

Once we have found a great match for your family, we will share their profile with you for review. Once you decide that you feel they may be a good fit as well, we will assist in facilitating an interview between you and the candidates and provide you with our professional interviewing guide to assist you throughout this process.

5. Guidance

Once your perfect fit has been identified, our team will guide you through the hiring process step by step. In addition to facilitating trial days, we will also help you set reasonable expectations for your new caregiver, guide you through contract negotiations, and give you all of the tools you need to build a long-lasting professional relationship!

Service Fees

The service fee for a full-time permanent nanny placement through All Things Nanny LLC is 10% of the nanny’s annual gross salary. Included in this fee is a 6-month guarantee on all placements made through All Things Nanny LLC!

*A $500 deposit is required to start a nanny search. The deposit is applied to the final placement fee.
